Warranty

This one-year limited warranty covers all manufacturing defects and core electrical components from your date of purchase. While standard wear and tear is generally excluded, we offer a comprehensive extended protection plan for an additional fee to ensure long-term peace of mind.

Any issues falls under the coverage within the original warranty or extended warranty coverage, we will take the defected product and issue a replacement.

Warranty Highlights
Full Coverage: Includes motor, battery, and frame integrity for the first 12 months.

Exclusions: Does not cover tires, fabric fading, or damage from misuse.

Extension Option: Add an additional 1 or 2 years of coverage at the time of purchase with the Wiseld Care Plan.

Wiseld Care Plan: 

Plus: 1 year extension on top of the original warranty.

Premium: 2 year extension on top of the original warranty.

You can add the Wiseld Care Plan in product section along with the purchase in the same cart for it to take effect.
